Dr Peter Randle has performed many reconstructive surgeries in the past. His repertoire includes craniofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate surgery, trauma surgery, breast reconstruction and microsurgery. Although he no longer concentrates on these areas, his vast experience complements his main focus on aesthetic surgery.
He is the only cosmetic/plastic surgeon in Perth Western Australia to be board certified in plastic surgery in the United States as well as Australia. He received his medical degree from the University of Western Australia and became a specialist in plastic surgery through the Royal Australasian College of surgeons.
Dr Randle specialises in:- Facelift, Necklift, Brow and Eyelid Lift - when properly done, these procedures should take "years" off an ageing face.
- Wrinkle Treatment (Botox) - Botox is transformed into a therapeutic agent that is used to treat the type of lines and wrinkles caused by muscle contractions during facial expressions such as frowning or squinting.
- Skin Revitalisation - Microdermabrasion or Glycolic Acid are effective in reducing fine lines, "crow’s feet", age spots, and other surface imperfections by superficially abrading the skin
- Skin Resurfacing - Dermabrasion resurfacing technique is well suited for the treatment of facial scars or vertical wrinkles around the mouth. Laser Skin resurfacing is effective in treating wrinkles, age spots and some scars.

- Lip Enhancement - fuller, plumper lips can be achieved by a variety of lip augmentation techniques. The simplest technique for lip augmentation is injection with natural and synthetic materials such as hyaluronic acid and collagen
- Ear Surgery / Otoplasty / Ear Pinning - can improve the shape or positioning of your ears. It can also reduce the size of your ears if they are large in proportion to your other features
- Facial Contouring - Chin augmentation (also called genioplasty or mentoplasty) strengthens the appearance of a receding chin by increasing its projection
- Breast Enlargement - also called augmentation mammaplasty is designed to increase the size of small or underdeveloped breasts
- Breast Lift - Also called mastopexy, raises and recontours loose, sagging breasts. A frequent reason for having this procedure is loss of breast tone after having children or after loss of a significant amount of weight
- Breast Reduction - also called reduction mammaplasty, enhances your overall appearance by making your breasts more proportional to the rest of your body
- Gynaecomastia/Gynecomastia - Enlarged male breasts can be reduced by liposuction and/or by cutting out excess glandular tissue. Results are permanent, although subsequent obesity can create a gynaecomastia-like effect
- Tummy Tuck - also called abdominoplasty is designed to give you a firm, flatter abdomen. The procedure removes excess abdominal skin and fat and tightens the muscles of your abdominal wall
- Liposuction / Licposculpture - also called lipoplasty or licposculpture, removes localized collections of fatty tissue to give you a slimmer body contour. Lipoplasty is also effective in removing fat deposits from the back, legs, arms, face and neck
- Body Lift - In one procedure, the sagging skin of the abdomen, outer thighs, buttocks, hips, and waist is corrected.
